Job Title: Mining Business Transformation Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Mining Business Transformation practice in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to partner with clients and improve performance, accelerate growth, and unlock long-term value.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in leading and developing market-leading business improvement advisory practices, servicing Australia's leading resources businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging deep knowledge of mining operations to tailor practical and implementable solutions.
  • Designing, leading, and overseeing business improvement programs.
  • Engaging effectively with client executives, site leadership, and operational teams.
  • Utilizing operational and financial data to drive root cause analysis and performance tracking.
  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants and client-side project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in mining business improvement advisory services.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Ability to travel within the country and internationally.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities.
