Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Dealer Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance, service, parts, and engagement across our dealer network in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales, marketing, and service plans with dealerships to align with our company programs, focusing on sales actions, customer retention, and stock management.
- Analyse dealer performance by model line and postcode, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the integration of our sales and service standards into business processes.
- Collaborate with dealers to ensure accurate stock ordering and develop effective inventory management practices.
- Focus on improving customer experience through Service MSI measurable actions and ensure accurate customer data management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer Principals and staff to drive business outcomes and support our company's purpose.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of business processes and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to negotiate and influence business owners and senior managers effectively.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Must have permanent work rights to live and work in Australia.
