Avionics Systems Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of skilled technicians working on cutting-edge technology for civilian and military aircraft.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in electronic and electro-mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality repair and test services, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bench repairs down to component level of electronic and/or electromechanical equipment to industry-leading quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other technicians, operations manager, stores, customer service, and other personnel to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficient business conduct.
  • Ensure high levels of product safety for customers through adherence to regulatory compliance in all activities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company procedures, Quality Manual, and specific workshop guidelines.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical systems, including soldering, testing, replacing, and fault-finding.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent.
  • Experience in component-level repairs on electronic and electro-mechanical aeronautical products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in electronic and/or electromechanical maintenance and aircraft equipment technical aspects.
