Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Associate who will start by being exposed to our different brands and products, while being mentored by experts to ensure success and growth.
In this role, you will demonstrate the ability to assess customer needs and set expectations. You will develop expertise with our software products over time. You will assist other Support Engineers at various levels and participate in internal projects.
The working shift includes regular work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
You can also expect to:
- Perform problem verification with assistance, confirming customer environments, error messages, and symptoms.
- Ensure correct business impact statements are provided by customers.
- Research cases using knowledge databases and documentation.
- Maintain case tracking details to standard.
- Prepare and recommend solutions.
- Write technical tips and collateral at an appropriate level.
About you
We seek someone eager to learn with a natural curiosity. A technical background is not necessary, but an interest in software is essential. During the interview, we will be interested in who you are and your motivation to grow and learn.
You will join a global Support Team with friendly and helpful colleagues.
