Job Description

The Home Loan Specialist role is an in-branch position that involves working closely with customers to deliver end-to-end home lending solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing home loan applications and customer relationships
  • Delivering in-person, phone, and virtual lending consultations
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for insurance and financial products

The Mobile Lending Manager role is ideal for a self-motivated lending professional who enjoys building relationships in the field. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting lending appointments at flexible times and locations
  • Building strong referral networks and growing community engagement
  • Managing loans from application to settlement
Requirements

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

  • RG146 Tier 2 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous banking experience required
  • Cert IV in Financial Services or relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of lending processes and NCCP compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive results
