About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring they meet safety, effectiveness, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the nursing team, including managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and review individualised care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and address changes in resident needs promptly.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, conduct audits, and implement improvements to maintain high care standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans, incidents, and resident records.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills; ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience of aged care accreditation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and committed to high-quality resident care.
