This role focuses on delivering strategic advisory services to mining clients, leading business improvement programs, and leveraging deep knowledge of mining operations to tailor practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory & Engagement: Lead and deliver strategic advisory services to mining clients.
  • Program Leadership: Design, lead, and oversee business improvement programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with client executives, site leadership, and operational teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of mining operations to provide tailored practical solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize operational and financial data to drive root cause analysis and performance tracking.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants and client-side project teams.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Experience in mining business improvement advisory services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • MBB or Big Four experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to travel within the country and internationally.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

In this position, you will work closely with leaders to deliver strategic advisory services to mining clients. You will design and lead business improvement programs, leveraging your deep knowledge of mining operations to provide practical solutions.
