About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-12 years.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful applicant will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be nearing completion, with at least one year's experience in a lead role in a centre. They will also hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification, as well as a current paid Working with Children's Check.
In addition, they will have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS and the EYLF, and be confident in the use of technology. A servant heart and vibrant Christian faith are highly desirable traits for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-12 years.
- Provide guidance and support to educators and staff members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, Behavioural Management Plans and incident reports.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all children, families and staff members.

Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
