About the Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking division, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
