Highly Experienced Software Developer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. As a senior member of the engineering group, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge communications systems that support mission-critical operations around the world.
You will work as part of a highly skilled, globally distributed engineering team, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle – from requirement derivation and system design through to coding, integration, testing, and deployment.
You will provide technical leadership across software design, development, and verification activities, applying your engineering expertise to solve complex problems.

- Drive process improvements within Agile delivery frameworks and mentor junior engineers.
- Own software builds and releases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Extensive experience in software development.
- Proven experience with C++, C, Python.
- Understanding and experience of object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of Agile software engineering best practices.
- Experience with making engineering and architecture design decisions.
- Experience with modern IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio 2022.
- Understanding of static code analysis tools.
- Experience with Windows Visual Studio C++ toolkits for development.
- Understanding of DevOps and automated testing.
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
