  • Direct and support project teams, providing leadership, coaching, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.">
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.">
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, selecting, and implementing technologies that enhance operations, compliance, and client outcomes.">
  • Ensure change management strategies foster system adoption and deliver measurable benefits.">
  • Maintain compliance with legislative, data privacy, and security requirements, working closely with regulatory and compliance teams.">
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.">

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, IT, business, health management, or related field.">
  • Experience in leading complex transformation programs, particularly in the Australian aged care sector.">
  • Proven history of managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.">
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills.">
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.">
