Job Description

As a retail leader, you will play a key role in driving business success by creating an exceptional customer experience and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. Your expertise in managing store operations and teams will be crucial in achieving our sales targets and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of hosts and specialists who embody our values and vision.
  • Collaborate with state and regional management teams to align store initiatives with company objectives.
  • Ensure seamless store operations that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Extensive leadership experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a small/large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
  • A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Store Manager.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create memorable moments.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
  • A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
  • An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
