The Role

We are seeking an Automotive Parts Interpreter for our successful, large local business in Mackay.

This role involves selling, stock control, and administrative tasks related to parts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in every transaction.

  • Identify parts and components
  • Manage storage and stock control procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Receive and fill parts orders
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty
  • Develop knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Enhance written and verbal communication skills
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize Parts Catalogues (Micro-Cat and Toyota Live) to streamline processes
Desirable Skills / Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpretation or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Technical aptitude
