Job Title: System Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, attitude, and mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and engineering various installations to deliver high-quality systems while ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems.
  • Configure, test, and commission software, perform calibrations and maintenance diagnosis, repair, and basic programming.
  • Ensure on-site work adheres to directions provided by the Service Management/Operations team.
  • Offer high-level technical support to team members, Installers, and Service Agents.
  • Coordinate and provide field data and documents to the Operations/Service Management team.
  • Assist with critical jobs/projects installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting work on-site.
  • Participate in safety toolbox talks and regular site meetings.
  • Complete job checklists, use personal protective equipment according to procedures.
  • Liaise with Service Group Administrators for team member administration requirements.
  • Fulfill 'alarmed' calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in an 'on-call' roster.
  • Maintain and protect all Company equipment issued.
  • Initiate Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
Requirements:
  • Existing skills and experience in Building Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Pride in delivering quality service for customers.
  • Able to build excellent relationships with customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communications and reporting skills.
  • Strong computer skills including hardware setup, MS Office, and databases.
