We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive innovation and insights across all lending products. As a highly quantitative and data-driven leader, you will execute our credit risk optimisation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop regular reporting and analysis on application trends, new originations, and portfolio outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of credit risk strategies aligned with our objectives.
- Optimise end-to-end credit acquisitions through scorecards, serviceability, business/system rules, lending origination tools, and automation.
- Monitor credit models, lending flows, portfolio concentrations, and risk limits effectively.
- Provide thought leadership to influence effective loan origination pathways.
- At least 5 years' experience in credit risk management roles within Financial Services.
- Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis (DataBricks and SQL essential).
- Familiar with commonly used credit tools and decision engines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Australian market regulations.
