The OpportunityThe Senior Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in CS Energy's Enterprise Planning, Reporting and Analysis department, facilitating business planning for the 5-year budgeting and planning cycle, the development of systems and processes to identify and monitor the appropriate performance metrics for each division aligned to CSE's strategy and providing performance reporting against those metrics on a regular basis.

- Reporting and Analysis
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating key business planning sessions in conjunction with the Finance Business Partners with key business areas to develop budgets for initiatives and business-as-usual costs over upcoming 5-year cycles.
- Facilitating the design, automation and development of systems to identify and regularly track key performance metrics from the organisation's management operating systems, with reference to the organisation's data governance framework and data standard.
- Partnering with the Data Governance and Digital teams to develop a performance reporting standard for the company's enterprise scorecard metrics.
- Facilitating the development of robust and well-documented performance metrics for each division aligned to CSE's strategy and each division's business plan.
- Undertaking regular performance reporting in partnership with the business to provide decision support on progress against key business priorities.
- Supporting development of key reports and self-serve user-friendly visualisations related to major project reporting, investment governance programs, enterprise scorecard and forward-looking metrics.
- Arranging, including preparation of board papers.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following education, skills and experience:
- Degree qualifications in commercial and/or information systems discipline.
- Post graduate qualification in finance, business and/or information systems preferred.
- 5+ years in a financial planning and analysis role with exposure and responsibilities to commercial complexities within the business.
- Experience in system integration, system transformation and/or automation.
- Building reports and visualisations in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Data import, standardisation, extraction and integration experience in Local and/or Cloud environments using SQL.
