Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Service Representative is a key position within our organisation. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process telephone sales by taking orders
- Provide over the phone quotations
- Attend to other sales related activities
**Requirements:**
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
- Intermediate level computer skills
