\Production Operator Job Opportunity\

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production levels, moving products, weighing and measuring raw materials, and monitoring the supply and quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Maintain production levels as per schedule\
  • Move products, both manually and with a forklift\
  • Weigh, measure, count of raw materials (includes raw meat)\
  • Monitor the supply and quality of products\
  • Be committed, reliable with a demonstrated strong work ethic\
  • Heavy lifting up to 25kg\
  • Work rotating shifts\
  • Work independently and as part of a team\
  • Have a valid driver's license and own car\
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations\
  • Participate in ongoing training and development\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Proven food handling experience in a fast-paced environment\
  • HACCP or food-handling certificates desirable\
  • Must have full work rights in Australia\
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)\
  • A strong safety and quality focus\
  • Forklift Licence advantageous (1 year experience on Counterbalance) - on the job training provided for freshers\
  • Must be willing to undergo a Drug and Alcohol test\
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg\
  • Good physical fitness\\
