Job Description:

  • Leading Technical Expertise: The Manager of Technical Solutions will lead and deliver exceptional technical support and guidance for customers, partners, and distributors across the Australia and New Zealand region for our Sensus metering solutions.
  • Ensuring Seamless Operation: This role aims to ensure the seamless operation and optimisation of our water metering solutions, including IoT water meters, platforms, and networking, by leveraging advanced technical expertise in metrology and IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Support: Providing expert engineering support to address technical customer queries across metrology and Sensus portfolio.
  • Tender Development: Developing and managing detailed technical responses for tenders.
  • RMA Process Management: Overseeing end-to-end RMA processes to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Metering Query Resolution: Triaging and diagnosing metering queries and issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance: Offering direct, high-quality technical guidance to tier 1 utilities, partners, and distributors.
  • Knowledge Base Articles: Maintaining and building robust knowledge base articles and best practices.
  • Training Programs: Conducting training programs to enhance technical proficiency for customers and partners.
  • Solution Selling: Driving innovation through solution selling that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
