We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Clerk.
- Coordinate daily court activities, including file preparation, document organization, and communication with court staff.
- Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of court proceedings, including operating technical equipment and completing court records.
- Provide administrative support to Magistrates, including chambers filing and retrieving information under their direction.
- Manage court files, maintain the Magistrate's Diary, and ensure adherence to case management guidelines.
- Liaise with court officials, legal professionals, and the public to facilitate efficient court proceedings.
- Assist in delegated responsibilities, provide relief during leave or high workload periods, and support training for new staff members.
- A Certificate 3 and 4 in Business Administration or equivalent level of knowledge and expertise.
- A current driver's license is preferred.
