We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of power electronics and electrical safety principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing AC voltage equipment and wiring for our BESS products, creating and supporting micro grids, loads and other test environments, and providing specialized engineering support in power electronics for battery management.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for renewable energy.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor/Masters/PhD in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in BESS product creation and/or installation.
  • In-depth knowledge of LV switchgear, including selection.
  • Familiarity with key electrical standards such as AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008 and AS/NZS 4836.
