Electrical Engineer Job Summary

Job Description: As a skilled Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) that are efficient, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. You will work closely with our Hardware team to develop power electronics systems that help achieve our mission of engineering the future of battery energy storage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design AC voltage equipment and wiring for BESS products;
  • Create and support micro grids, loads and other test environments;
  • Provide specialized engineering support in power electronics for battery management;
  • Support product requirements and maintain suitable documentation of work conducted;

Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor/Masters/PhD degree in electrical engineering and experience in BESS product creation or installation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of key standards such as AS3000 and product support experience. Nice-to-have skills include electrician license, experience propagating technical knowledge via mentoring, and functional safety knowledge (IEC 60730 or equivalent).
