The Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics (or similar) to join our high-performing Field Service Department. As a Field Service Technician, you'll enjoy a true 7/7 roster with the flexibility to travel to and from site in a Komatsu supplied vehicle. Your role will involve supporting customers across North Queensland and the Bowen basin, acting as a conduit between the customer, support team, and branch.
This position offers an immediate start for the right candidates who can bring their technical expertise and passion for heavy equipment repair to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing services, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of Komatsu mobile equipment
- Maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Testing and adjusting machine operation and monitoring systems using relevant literature and testing equipment
- Coordinating site-based equipment maintenance projects, including job packet requirements and critical path management
- Generating required technical/service reports, such as service reports and TSI & warranty claim processes
Roster and Benefits:
