Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Security Officers in the Geelong area to work at our client site, providing exceptional security and customer services.
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity is to work at a highly regulated site to ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the site in accordance with MSS Security's Standing Instructions and site operating procedures.
- Maintain focus and observe activities associated with asset protection;
- Manage and report emergencies;
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems;
- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Access control;
- Enforce rules and bylaws, including moving people on where necessary;
- Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required;
- Foot and vehicle patrols.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in security roles in a high-surveillance environment - industrial security operations will be highly regarded;
- Valid Victorian Security License with control room license;
- Willing to work on a rostered basis on a 7-rotating roster;
- Valid VIC Drivers License;
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal;
- Willing to undergo shadow shift onsite prior to appointment.
