Project Manager: Insurance Reinstatement Expert

The client is a leading provider of reinstatement services, partnering with insurers and clients to restore homes and commercial buildings following insurable events.

The role involves coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects end-to-end. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating site work, make-safes, and inspections.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance with WHS regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, loss adjusters, and insurers.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Supervisor's Licence and trade qualification (highly desirable).
  • Minimum 12 months experience in construction/building supervision (insurance/reno experience ideal).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance site work with administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of WHS, NCC, AS3740, and insurance compliance requirements.
