We are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join our organization. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support and counsel on a wide range of legal issues pertinent to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer expert legal advice and insights on diverse legal matters.
- Prepare and evaluate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Facilitate negotiations regarding terms and conditions in legal contracts.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory capacity or a related position.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient research and analytical skills.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Experience within the information technology sector is advantageous.
- Active membership in the local Bar Association.
