As a Seasonal Services Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that brings joy and wonder to our customers during the holiday season. Our team provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a memorable and magical experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing assistance and support in a busy retail environment.
  • Concierge support: offer guidance, directions, and information to customers, promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
  • Car park support: manage traffic flow, rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times.
  • Valet support: assist with valet parking, opening car doors, and providing a 5-star service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
What Sets Our Team Members Apart
  • Be prepared to go above and beyond for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
  • Confidently provide customers with assistance in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Hold a full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International).
  • Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. The position runs from October 2024 to January/February 2025, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
