Festive Seasonal Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Festive Seasonal Team Members at Westfield Hornsby. As a key member of our services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers during the festive season.

About the Role

As a Festive Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with concierge and car park duties, and supporting the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments. You will work closely with our team to create a magical experience for our customers, making their visit to Westfield Hornsby a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers and retailers.
  • Provide concierge assistance, including directions, information, and promoting Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
  • Manage car park traffic and direct vehicles during peak times.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, are confident in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a provisional license (Manual/Auto). Availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading, is essential.
