About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Category Manager to join the team and drive the organization's merchandising and category management performance to new heights. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of category plans to ensure maximum and favorable rebates and pricing/promotions for members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and suppliers, including attending meetings and presenting as required
  • Monitor markets and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Provide regular reporting and CRM management to support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in grocery, convenience market, or FMCG
  • Proven understanding of buying cycles and consumer demand
  • Ability to interpret analytical data, including AZTEC, Nielsen, and/or Summit Insight tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to various audiences
  • Strong team focus and career motivation
