Employment Support Consultant - DES

At Max Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional employment support services to individuals with disabilities. As an Employment Support Consultant - DES, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, working with a dynamic team to provide workplace support to our customers with disabilities. You will work closely with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, while providing ongoing employment support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to customers and employers based on individual needs
  • Enhance long-term and sustainable employment outcomes
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities with customers and employers
  • Continuously create or generate new employment opportunities for our customers
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the workplace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and employers
  • Disability or DES experience advantageous
  • Organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
