About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Architect Lead to join our team at Technology People Australia. As an Identity Architect Lead, you will be responsible for providing architecture for identity and access management technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance enterprise Identity architecture and control frameworks
  • Perform security control assessments
  • Contribute to the organisation's Identity strategy
  • Assist with Identity product roadmaps to drive consistency and standardisation
Architectural Governance
  • Maintain and improve architectural forum charters
  • Contributor to architecture governance forums
  • Broader governance initiatives and activities
Security Guidance
  • Provide advice or guidance to projects or teams that require high-level advice or Identity scoping
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Identity engineers
  • Point of escalation for projects and other initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the use and application of enterprise Identity architectures, including strategic planning, roadmap development, and pattern lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience ensuring major infrastructure and application initiatives are aligned with key identity principles and patterns
  • 10+ years of experience across multiple information security roles with a focus on Identity architectures and security control frameworks (NIST, MITRE, ISO 27001)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining formal architectural governance frameworks and governing initiatives
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Microfocus, SailPoint
  • Detailed knowledge of industry standards including: SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP
About You

You will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for Identity and Access Management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum is expected for this position, commensurate with experience.
