Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Solutions Architect to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management solutions.

As an Identity Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing identity and access management solutions that enable secure access to Australia Post's workforce.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, security, and development teams, to ensure alignment with internal standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and other supporting technologies.
  • Maintain awareness of internal and external standards and compliance obligations, ensuring platform compliance to these standards/obligations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners, to drive identity strategy and solution implementation.
  • Lead the enhancement of identity platforms, including service management, and provide technical consulting and leadership to mature the function in BAU.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in identity engineering or identity solution consulting with domain knowledge.
  • Delivery experience across identity products, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ and supporting technologies, such as Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, and Auth0.
  • Experience in working in and managing supporting cloud technologies for the identity solution.
  • Proficiency in version control and code management technologies (e.g., GitLab).
  • Experience in development and maintenance of scripting languages.
  • Background in delivering and supporting critical business services in a medium to large enterprise.
