This exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Nominated Supervisor/Centre Manager to join our team at Early Years Talent in a beautiful part of Brisbane's Northern Suburbs.

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader with experience in similar roles, showcasing adept communication skills to rally, inspire, and empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational professionals.

About the Service:

This service caters to more than 110 children when at full occupancy and boasts dozens of excellent Google reviews. It features eight rooms, four age-appropriate outdoor play areas, and a generous amount of space for children to roam and explore.

The service delivers an accredited kindergarten program in a studio separate from the rest of the centre, with its own building and playground. The highly qualified Kindergarten Team includes three Early Childhood Teachers, two Lead Educators, and two Assistant Educators throughout the week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a nurturing and vibrant workplace environment that profoundly influences the educational path of the children and staff in your care.
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational professionals who will be instrumental in crafting the learning atmosphere for our children and building strong family connections.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in EC is preferred; however, we could consider a Diploma-qualified individual provided they have significant management experience.
  • At least two/three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong NQS, EYLF, QKLG, MTOP, and CCS knowledge.
  • Positive experience(s) with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a QIP.
  • Natural ability to lead, develop, and empower the team.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
