About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor/Centre Manager to lead our exceeding rated centre in a beautiful part of Brisbane's Northern Suburbs.

Job Description:
  • A generous salary (experience dependent) is on offer, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

About the Centre

Our centre caters to more than 110 children at full occupancy and is part of a group of 10 services located around Brisbane. The centre boasts eight rooms, four age-appropriate outdoor play areas, and a strong connection with the local community.

The service delivers an accredited kindergarten program in a studio separate from the rest of the centre, with its own building and playground. This program enables children to develop important skills and make lifelong friends.

Your Responsibilities

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will cultivate a nurturing and vibrant workplace environment that influences the educational path of the children and staff in your care.

Key responsibilities include operational management, leadership, and empowerment of a team of dedicated early childhood professionals who will craft the learning atmosphere for our children and build strong family connections.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, but Diploma qualified candidates with significant management experience may also be considered.
  • At least two/three years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, QKLG, MTOP, and CCS is required.
  • Positive experience with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), is highly valued.
