Job Title:

Diesel Pump Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and positive individual to join our company as a Diesel Pump Technician.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer focused, has a sound knowledge of fuel injection systems, and is self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostics and problem-solving, building and testing pumps, and working with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics & Problem solving
  • Building and Testing Pumps
  • Removing and Refitting of Fuel Injection Components
  • Injector testing and repairs
  • Dismantle, assessing and Assembling Fuel Injection Pumps
  • Testing and calibrating injector pumps on Bosch and Hartridge Equipment
  • Working on a variety of pumps including Inline, VE, Bosch VP 44, CR & H Type, and Delphi DP Type pumps

Requirements:

  • Available for an immediate start
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and extremely reliable
  • Must have current Australian working rights
  • Full qualification or in 4th year of apprenticeship
  • Minimum 2 years pump room experience - Test Bench Experience an advantage (Bosch and Hartridge)
  • Passion for using state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience on a variety of pumps
