  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Represent the company in customer-facing interactions, ensuring strong relationships and proactive issue resolution.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Employ analytical techniques to identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions.
About You:
  • Proven experience in the rolling stock industry, specifically in warranty, maintenance, or operational support roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Expertise in customer-facing roles, including account and supplier management.
  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and execution of commercial contracts.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage contracts, track performance, and identify issues.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to foster collaboration and team success.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities that influence positive outcomes.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges and balance competing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
