We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Uniting Starrett Lodge, a peaceful and happy aged care home nestled on the edge of a serene bushland reserve in Hamlyn Terrace on the NSW Central Coast.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • You'll lead clinical services, providing sharp assessment skills and taking charge of medical and allied health professionals.
  • Get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life, ensuring the care provided meets residents' individual goals.
