Personal Care Assistant

About the RoleThis rewarding opportunity will see you working in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional aged care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing individualised care plans, promoting dignity and respect, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care to residents in line with care plans and recognised industry standards
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments as required
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
- Experience working in residential aged care or a related field
- Qualifications in Personal Care or Aged Care (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and respecting resident dignity and autonomy
