The Role

As a professional in our Market Conduct team, you will play a key role in monitoring and regulating market participants to ensure they operate with transparency and accountability. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveillance, gathering intelligence, and undertaking project work to identify risks and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also analyze market activity, provide evaluation and guidance on technical and policy issues, and contribute to wider projects and activities that promote market integrity and consumer protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market activity and provide evaluation and guidance on technical and policy issues.
  • Undertake research and contribute internal advice, reports, and briefings for regulatory matters.
  • Contribute to wider projects and activities that promote market integrity and consumer protection.

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance, risk, or analysis of regulatory issues in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards as they apply to financial services intermediaries.
  • Able to interpret complex information and apply it to regulatory matters.
