Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Define user personas and create technical documentation for individual products.
  • Advocate for impactful changes and future strategies.
  • Balance short-term progress with long-term objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Determine users' needs and organize supporting content for products.
  • Study product samples and collaborate with product designers and developers.
  • Act as escalation point for client issues requiring product change resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in product management within consumer web or SaaS products.
  • Proven API/Integration experience.
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and diving into technical details.
  • Hands-on experience building integrations.
  • Experience developing products using quantitative data.
  • Currently operates in an Agile environment, delivering incremental value.
  • Proven track record advocating for and supporting the team.
  • Experience collaborating with various functions in an organisation, including engineering, customer success, and UX.
  • Strong desire to tackle new challenges and positively impact users' lives.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
