Key Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to collaborate with our customers, understand their needs and environments, provide support and enablement to help them maximize their return on investment in our software.

Core Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Perform regular customer assessments to review architecture, address pain points, identify optimization opportunities, and evaluate expansion possibilities.
  • Provide product training to customers to ensure they have sufficient expertise to utilize our software effectively.
  • Offer ongoing technical guidance on data ingestion/migration, performance tuning, workflow optimization, and architecture review.
  • Capture customer feedback and success stories to share with internal teams, acting as a customer advocate.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a solution architect or technical account manager role.
  • Proven experience in the data and analytics vendor space.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in kdb+, parquet, Python, and other data science/analytics technologies.
