We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
- Ensure all products are of high quality and presented in an attractive manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
