About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
