Car Seat Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Car Seat Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parents and caregivers have access to expert advice and support when it comes to selecting and installing car seats.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance on choosing the right car seat model, vehicle configuration, and installation method. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough safety checks and providing ongoing support and education to ensure that customers are confident in their ability to safely install and use their car seats.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require a strong understanding of child passenger safety regulations and industry guidelines, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest car seat technology and advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of child passenger safety regulations and industry guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
