Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused leader to join our team as an Area Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring, engaging, and growing their team to create exceptional experiences for customers and drive business outcomes in their region.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged brand ambassadors across their region.

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
  • Embed customer excellence while growing regional performance through clear direction and operational excellence.
  • Empower store managers to grow results through clear planning and guidance.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising partners to deliver consistent store experiences across your region.
