Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
- Act in accordance with the Deed of Obligation
- Perform official duties as per legislative requirements
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to all procedures
- Conduct Post Mortem inspections and report findings

Requirements:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety)
- Proficiency in knife sharpening and maintenance
- Experience in a meat processing environment
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team with reporting protocols
- Professional and ethical behavior when performing AAO functions
