Meat Inspector Development Position

About the Role:
- Inspect animal carcasses, meat and meat products to ensure compliance with government and industry standards.
- Ensure all compliance requirements of meat inspection are met.
As a Meat Inspector Trainee, you will undertake and successfully graduate from a Certificate 4 in Meat Safety Inspection. You will be inspecting meat in various facilities across regional Australia.
This role involves ensuring quality and safety of meat products by adhering to strict government and industry regulations.
The position requires strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in meat inspection and become certified to work in this field.
To succeed in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow protocols accurately.
In addition, you will need to pass a national police check and undergo Q Fever vaccination.
