Job Overview

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking talented engineers to join their graduate program in various engineering business units across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown.

Applicants will be responsible for developing airborne surveillance, communications and battle management capabilities, designing uncrewed teaming aircraft for advanced multi-mission air combat operations, maintaining, repairing and upgrading military aircraft, and designing and sustaining defence communications systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product development, design, analysis and integration using 3D CAD, FEA and CFD tools.
  • Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key skills include attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026. Australian citizenship is required to meet Defence security requirements.
