We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Speech Pathologist in our Mid-Year Graduate Program.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, developing their communication skills and supporting them to achieve their goals.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disability.

You will be working alongside experienced clinicians, learning from their expertise and contributing your own skills and knowledge to drive positive outcomes for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with communication disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements
