Opportunity for a Graduate Registered Nurse

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art Aged Care residence based in Jimboomba.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Registered Nurse to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, assessing and meeting their physical, emotional and social needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • An understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
